Ah luna, tendente astro

che sorgi nel cielo

siano i tuoi raggi carezze

per questa scura terra.

 

Sale la marea del dolore,

ma ritirandosi

lascia sulle labbra

segni del tuo passaggio.

 

Ah luna, compagna fidata,

in questo mondo

della falsità feroce

sfiorami l’anima flagellata.
