Dammi un altro tempo con te,
oppure un secondo in più.
Attimo leggero, come una carezza
sul viso, come un battito del cuore.
Dammi un altro tempo con te,oppure stringi
la mia mano che cerca te; non siamo
foglie cadute, il vento non soffia 
adirato.Dammi un altro tempo con te,
oppure un'altra notte per sognare, per
amare te, prima che la candela si spenga
e muoia la luce nel mio cuore.
Dammi un altro tempo con te, oppure
rendimi migliore di adesso, insegnami a
dipingere questo tempo con te.
Dammi un altro tempo con te,
oppure accendimi un faro, per indicarmi
la rotta, in quelle notti di tempesta;
fà che io possa tornare da te, salvo.
